I was lucky enough to have been invited by my very dear friend to join her on a Spa day at the absolutely stunning Coworth Park Hotel & Spa in Ascot, Berks. The hotel is set in the most beautiful countryside surrounded by gorgeous fields of poppies and makes an ideal venue to host a wedding. There is a marquee in the grounds for the wedding reception or the use of the Barn and it is only 45 minutes from London. The spa experience itself was wonderful and we felt like we were in heaven – fantastic treatments, extremely tranquil and very relaxing. What a way to spend a Sunday afternoon – I have the best friends…..
